Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, has told the Federal Government that any attack on Igbo people is an attack on the Yorubas.
He warned that Yoruba people will support and fight on the side of the South-East if the Nigerian Army launches any further attack on the Igbos.
Igboho spoke through his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, reiterating that any attack again on the South-East by the Nigerian Army must be repelled.
He, therefore, called on the Muhammadu Buhari-led government to stop security agents from raiding the South-East.
The statement read, “We would like to inform the Federal Government of Nigeria that any attack on the South-East is an attack on the Yorubas.
“Biafra people have been targeted by the Nigeria Army and if there are any further attacks on them, we would have no other option but to support our brothers and sisters in Biafraland.”
