Obinna Iyiegbu, known as Obi Cubana, a prominent businessman and socialite, has urged Nigerian blogs to refrain from promoting youth disrespect towards elders.
His plea came on the 26th of June 2024, following music executive Paul Okoye’s call for associates to disassociate from VeryDarkMan, a contentious self-styled social media activist who publicly targeted actress Iyabo Ojo.
The father of four emphasized the need for society to cease enabling such behavior, describing it as unacceptable.
Via his Instastory, he wrote: “Dear blogs, pls stop giving visibility to youth insulting elders! You enable them! We can’t continue to enable rubbish!!! Stop, pls!”
