Bandits on Saturday freed ten more of the abducted students of the Bethel Baptist Secondary School, Kaduna State.
The students were reportedly released on Saturday after spending 75 days in captivity.
But 21 other abducted students were unlucky as the bandits refused to release them from captivity.
The 10 students were among 121 abducted from their hostel in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The police in Kaduna have yet to make any comment on the students’ release.
But it was learnt from a senior official of the school that the students were released after the payment of an undisclosed amount of money as ransom to the bandits.
The released students have been reunited with their families and taken to the hospital for treatment.
With the release of the 10 students on Saturday, 100 of the abducted students of the school have so far regained freedom, while 21 others are still being held back by the bandits.
