Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule has dissolved the State Executive Council.
The governor announced the development on Monday at the end of an expanded meeting of the executive council, which was held at the state Government House on Monday.
The governor equally announced the dissolution of his special advisers, senior special assistants, except for those manning humanitarian services and sustainable development goals.
Engineer Sule used the opportunity to thank the appointees for their commitment and services rendered to the administration, stressing that his administration will continue to count on their support in the future.
Responding on behalf of the former appointees, Mr. Dogo Shammah, who until now was the state Commissioner of Information, thanked the governor for giving them the opportunity to serve the state and his administration.
He assured the governor of their continued support ahead of the 2023 general election.
