Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate, Boma, has complained of shortage of food in the house following Whitemoney removal from kitchen.
Pere, the new Head of House (HOH) had suspended Whitemoney from cooking, saying that it was his strategy to win fans’ support and remain in the house.
But that decision has seen the house not having enough food to go round and the foodstuff finishing fast.
On Friday the HoH entered the kitchen and complained that there is no water or noodles, not minding the fact that the kitchen was recently restocked.
Boma, however, stepped in and told Pere that he had wanted to discuss the issue with him.
She said that ever since Whitemoney stepped down from the kitchen duties the rest of the housemates have been misusing food.
Boma said, “This is food for everybody. During Whitemoney’s time, he cooks the food and everybody eats.
“Now it looks as if some people eat up to four to five meals. While some would eat beans, others will say they want to eat noodles.
“What I understand is that this is food for the house. I didn’t eat any of those noodles at all because I’m not going to hoard food in my stuff. If you want to be doing it batch by batch, let’s know. If we want to do it collectively, that has worked so far.”
Boma disclosed that under the new kitchen arrangement, people now hoard food while some eat more than the others.
Boma, who was the previous Head of House, placed Whitemoney in charge of the kitchen but Pere stopped him last Wednesday,
After Whitemoney’s removal from the kitchen fans expressed their anger via social media and said Pere should create his own strategy too if he feels Whitemoney is using the kitchen as a strategy.
