The League Management Company (LMC) has granted MFM FC’s request to use the Agege Stadium for the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) games.
LMC had listed the Agege Stadium known as ‘Soccer Temple’ as part of stadia that needed upgrade before the kick-off of the new season.
MFM FC Sports Director, Godwin Enakhena, confirmed the news via a tweet on his verified account.
He wrote; “Lagos fans, there’s no place like the Soccer Temple.
“Thanks, LMC for granting us approval to stay in our blessed home. Warri Wolves will fall.”
The Olukoya Boys had began preparation for the new season which is set to restart December 27, 2020 at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.
But with the approval of the LMC, they will now return to their Agege fortress which they are very much acquainted with.
MFM FC will host Warri Wolves in the opening fixtures before the NPFL will go on break.
