The match, held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, saw the Dutch team dominate from start to finish in front of a nearly full house of 65,012 fans in the 66,000-capacity stadium.

The second half saw the Netherlands continue to press, and their efforts paid off in the latter stages of the match.

Donyell Malen scored twice in quick succession, netting in the 83rd minute and again in injury time (90+3) to secure a comfortable victory for the Oranje.

This win propels the Netherlands into the quarter-finals, where they will face a yet-to-be-determined opponent.

The Dutch team, led by manager Ronald Koeman, will be full of confidence after such a dominant performance as they continue their quest for Euro 2024 glory.
