Billionaire business mogul and philanthropist, Tein Jack-Rich, says his presidency will promote private sector growth and move oil and gas production to three million barrels per day and create jobs massively for the youths.
Jack-Rich made these promises during his formal declaration to run for the Presidency in 2023 on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
Jack-Rich explained that only sound education and meaningful engagement of youths would address the insecurity challenges in Nigeria,
He adde that no amount of military deployment could end the menace.
The presidential aspirant, while addressing his supporters, on Friday, in Abuja, narrated his life story of how he lived as a street boy in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, after losing both parents at a tender age.
He said despite the situation he found himself in, he did not take to criminality till he became someone in life.
Speaking earlier, a former Governor of Bauchi State, Isa Yuguda, who is the chairman of the Jack-Rich campaign organisation, urged the ruling APC to consider the track record of billionaire business and oil mogul in the private sector.
Yuguda maintained that Nigeria could not afford to have someone who had been ”looting” the public treasury for years continue the same trajectory.
