Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, will today sign the anti-open grazing bill into law.
State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Donald Ojogo, disclosed this in Akure, the state capital, on Monday.
In a brief statement on my Monday night, Ojogo said, ”ln line with the resolution of the Southern Governors Forum at its last meeting in Lagos, the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN will tomorrow, 31st August 2021, sign the Anti-open Grazing Bill into Law.
Ondo State House of Assembly forwarded the bill to the governor some weeks back after it was passed into law.
Akeredolu then forwarded it to the state’s Justice Ministry for legal inputs.
