Liverpool legend, John Aldridge said Mo Salah should have a hate for La Liga giants, Real Madrid because of the way Sergio Ramos treated him in 2017/18 UEFA Champions league final.
Salah is one Real Madrid’s top target for the transfer window. And even if the Egyptian king said he wants to continue winning with the Reds, rumours are growing up day by day.
However, Aldridge said the 28-year-old should not join Real Madrid because of the incident with Los Blancos skipper, Ramos that forced him to leave his teammate in 2018 as Liverpool lost to Real Madrid.
“Personally, I think after the experience of the Champions League final and the way Ramos treated him, I’d have had a hatred for Real Madrid if it was me, after that incident,” Aldridge told reporters.
“It wouldn’t appeal to me but I wouldn’t want to leave Liverpool anyway,” he added.
Meanwhile, Salah has been declared the winner of the inaugural edition of Premier League Fans’ Footballer of the Year.
