Rudeboy queries why tertiary schools haven’t closed for students to collect PVCs

Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, a member of the Psquare music group, has questioned why tertiary schools are still open for business while the Permanent Voters Card, PVC, collection is still going on.

The musician said in a tweet on his verified account on Thursday that during the lengthy Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, strike, the majority of students registered for the PVC in their various states.

The father of three queried why they were still being kept in school when the PVC collection deadline expires in ten days.

“Out of the 74 million youths eligible voters, 26 million of them are students and they are all back in school, most of them registered during the ASUU strike.

“It’s 10 days remaining for collection, @inecnigeria why are students still in school by now?” He queried.
