Nigeria Public Relations Week: EARLY BIRDS RATE ENDS 29TH FEBRUARY

The National Planning Committee of the Nigeria Public Relations Week-Abeokuta 2024 (NPRW) has reminded potential delegates to the Week that the early bird concessionary rates of Eighty thousand Naira (N80,000.00) for members and One Twenty Thousand for non-members (N120,000.00) ends on Thursday February 29, 2024.

The Chairman of the Public Relations & Stakeholders Sub Committee, Mr. Akin Okudero said members and non-members respectively from March 1, will now have to pay the regular fees of One hundred thousand Naira and (N100,000.00) One Hundred & Fifty thousand Naira respectively to register for the Week.

He therefore enjoined members to take full advantage of the last day of grace to register and enjoy the concessionary rate.

Members are also advised to make early bookings for their hotel accommodation by visiting the event website on www.niprng.org.ng to see endorsed hotels thus avoiding possible disappointments and delays.

The inaugural edition of the Nigeria Public Relations Week (NPRW) convened by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) will hold between April 22nd and 26, 2024 in the historic city of Abeokuta.

Over 2000 delegates from various sectors of the profession both from Nigeria and the world are being expected to attend the five day event with over twenty five sessions.

Expectations are high that the NPRW will be rewarding as citizens, business organisations, and notable personalities are already partnering with the institute to have an epochal event.

On his part, a very senior practitioner and traditional title holder in Egbaland,, Chief Bode Mustapha, The Osi Egba,in a brief media interview, said “Public Relations practitioners are welcome back to Abeokuta for NPRW, where ‘Iwe Iroyin’ the first newspaper in the country was founded forming the root for journalism, advertising and public relations in Nigeria which all later served as instruments for national development”.
