Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers (LACO-FS) has changed its name to Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers Independent Council (LACO-FSIC).
A statement by the Convener of the group, Dr. Oladipupo Okeyomi, aka Carry Go, said the change was informed by the realities of political re-engineering incumbent on supporters of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, and the fact that several pro-Aiyedatwa groups had joined the old LACO-FS.
In the statement issued through the organisation’s State Director of Information, Mr. Kayode Fasua, Okeyomi added that in line with the new name, members of the group will start donning white berets, as against red berets.
The WHITE BERET, will thus become membership identification as the campaigns progress, he stressed.
While thanking the people of Ondo State for massively identifying with the next-term governorship ambition of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as displayed during the organisation’s recent campaign tours of the 18 local government areas of the state, Okeyomi assured that the governor would take Ondo State to greater heights, if elected, next November.
