Following an explosion in the Okene area of Kogi State, three people have died.
According to information obtained, the event took place on Thursday morning at the Oyinoyi’s Palace in the state’s Okenne Local Government Area.
The incident happened hours before President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to the state to inaugurate a few projects.
The reason for the explosion is unclear because the authorities have not yet released information regarding the occurrence.
