Hollywood actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger and his estranged partner, Maria Shriver, have officially divorced after a decade of separation.
An American news platform, TMZ said that Schwarzenegger’s marriage with his estranged partner was officially terminated in a superior court in Los Angeles, the United States on Tuesday, December 28.
Although a private judge who mediated the divorce signed off on it in early December 2021, the divorce officially got entered into the system by a sitting judge on Tuesday.
The divorce, it was reported, took so long owing to the complication attached to the property settlement arrangement as an estimated $400 million is involved, sources said.
The actor’s union with his estranged partner crashed more than a decade ago after a leak report claimed he fathered a child with the housekeeper.
Schwarzenegger and Maria had maintained a cordial relationship after their separation.
