…inducted as Institute’s patron

Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has donated a brand new 16-seater bus to the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations,Ogun State Chapter.
He announced this gift to the audience at the maiden National Public Relations Conference held at June 12 Cultural Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State after being decorated as the patron of the Institute.
The bus was presented to the Chairman, Mrs Seun Boye and other executive members of the Ogun State NIPR few hours after the opening session of the national conference by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, accompanied by the State Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Onasanya at the Governor’s Office.
Earlier, Governor Abiodun had also promised to gift the state chapter of the NIPR with a secretariat office.
In his remarks while decorating the governor, the President of NIPR, Dr Ike Neliaku fnipr acknowledged the push and goodwill of Chief Yomi Badejo Okusanya fnipr to have institute’s keenly contested national conference in Ogun State, stressing his connection to bring the governor to the conference.
