In a heartfelt display of solidarity, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady, along with Nana Shettima, the wife of the Vice President, paid a visit to the National Hospital, Abuja, to offer support and encouragement to the ailing Nollywood legend, Mr. Zack Orji.

Accompanying the distinguished visitors were notable figures such as Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development; Mrs. Rachael Umahi, spouse of the Minister for Works; and Mrs. Bello Matawalle, wife of the Minister of State for Defence, among others.

The purpose of the First Lady’s visit was twofold – to celebrate the first baby of the year at the hospital and to spend quality time with Mr. Zack Orji. The gathering, filled with compassion, aimed to uplift the spirits of the veteran actor, who has been undergoing medical treatment at the National Hospital since the weekend.

Latest reports from the hospital indicate a positive turn in Zack Orji’s health, credited to the timely intervention of Minister Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye. Her efforts ensured that the esteemed actor received the finest medical attention available at the National Hospital.

Tayo Hastrup, the National Hospital Public Relations Officer (PRO), shared an optimistic update, stating, “He has started talking. He is in stable condition. His wife is by his side. We really thank God for him.”

Zack Orji was admitted to the National Hospital after collapsing in his home over the weekend. The outpouring of support from high-profile figures reflects the deep-rooted concern for the well-being of one of Nigeria’s revered actors.
