Facebook and Instagram appeared to be experiencing global technical issues on Tuesday, with millions of users complaining about logging errors while accessing the social media platforms.
According to Downdetector.com, the disruptions began not long ago, with more than 300,000 reports of outages for Facebook and about 40,000 reports for Instagram.
