Justice of the Supreme Court, Amina Adamu Augie has cautioned bloggers and Social Media influencers against sensational reporting.
She made the call when she was delivering judgment brought to the Apex Court by the Peoples Democratic party, (PDP) versus INEC, APC, Tinubu and Shettima.
According to her, it is sad how bloggers and Social Media influencers quoted her and others on what was nothing but sensationalization.
She frowns at how people post unsubstantiated statements which is illegal and injurious.
It could be recalled that Justice Tsammani Simon Haruna of Presidential Election Petition Court holden at Court of Appeal at Abuja who called against sensationalization which will not develop but may lead to unnecessary choas.
