Italian international midfielder Jorge Luiz Frello Filho, aka Jorginho, has joined Arsenal from Chelsea on a deal worth £12 million, with £10 million paid in guaranteed payments while there are £2 million in add-ons included.
The Italian has put pen to paper on a 1.5 year contract, with an option of a further year.

Arsenal Manager while reacting to the signing of the player on deadline day of transfer said they are pleased to sign him and welcome him and his family to the club adding that the player is intelligent and has leadership qualities with premiere league experience.
“Jorginho is a midfield player with intelligence, deep leadership skills and a huge amount of Premier League and international experience. Jorginho has won in his career, but he still has the hunger and huge willingness to contribute here.
“We are so pleased to sign Jorginho and welcome him and his family to the club.” Manager Mikel Arteta said.
The 31 year old has played a key role for the blues this with 25 appearances this season featuring 25 times in all competitions and also won the Europa League, three FA Cups and two League Cups in more than 200 appearances for Chelsea since joining them in July 2018 from Serie A side Napoli.
