There was a series of drama, clashes, and conflicts among Nigerian celebrities with stories of their personal lives, relationships, businesses, and family making headlines on a daily basis; ‘no be ju ju be that’

Tonto Dike and her Ex Prince Kpokogori:

Controversial Nollywood star, Tonto Dikeh, and her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri, dominated the news headlines all through September even though they officially went their separate ways in July 2021.
The duo were very fine as of when Kpokpogri did his birthday in June, and some weeks later things became sour and they started dragging each other on social media.
Jane Emena’s alleged sex tape:

Another shocking one was that Tonto Dikeh disclosed that her ex-boyfriend had the sex tapes and nude photos of a famous Instagram dancer, Jane Emena, and other Nigerian celebrities and politicians on his smartphone.
In this view, Mr. Kpokpogri clarified the accusations and noted that he’s only but a family friend to Mena, whom he said is an Isoko woman.
Having said this he requested that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency must conduct some tests on  Dikeh.

2Face  Idibia and Annie’s  marriage saga:

Wahala in paradise as legendary singer Innocent Idibia better known as 2Face and his legal wife, Annie Macaulay Idibia, had issues with their marriage and they trended on social media.
The problem started when Annie accused her husband of sleeping under the same roof with his baby mama, Pero Adeniyi, when he visited his kids abroad.
Recall that 2Face  has three children with Adeniyi,  Annie however accused the singer of cheating on her with his first baby mama, Pero Adeniyi,  and alleged that his family doesn’t like her.

Nedu Wazobia FM and his ex-wife, Uzoamaka Ohiri:

A  popular On-Air Personality Chinedu Ani, better known as  Nedu Wazobia, and his ex-wife, Uzoamaka Ohiri,  fondly called  Ohiri, were not left out. Ohiri who had earlier accused Nedu of domestic violence revealed that she wasn’t aware of the paternity of their first child until a DNA test was conducted.
Also, Ohiri the OAP  of beating her a few weeks after she was delivered of their child by a Cesarean section.
However, Nedu later responded to her claims and asserted that their marriage had a lot of issues.
‘‘The continuous infidelity from her side made me conduct a paternity test on our kids which led to the revelation that our first son is not my biological son’’.

BBNaija Boma and Tega:

The Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition which started on July 24, 2021, was filled with several evictions and drama as usual, but this particular matter didn’t sit well with the viewers of this show.
Two of the housemates Tega and Boma allegedly had an affair and this took the housemates and viewers by surprise.
Tega was married with a child,  people liked her at first but things changed when she started having an affair with her colleague, Boma.
People were shocked to see a viral video of the duo,  where they intimately and passionately kissed during the lights out.  Also, there were visible hand movements as Tega slid into the duvet and this got people talking, viewers were disappointed at Tega because she is a married woman and she disrespected the marriage community as a whole.

Bobrisky and Mompha versus Oye Kyme:

The Nigerian crossdress Idris Okuneye fondly called Bobrisky,  also had his share of the trending scandal. His former personal assistant, Oye Kyme, brought out some of his dirty secrets to social media, although people were not really surprised, it just gave them confirmation of what they already knew.

Oye as she is called, said Bobrisky allegedly had a sexual relationship with popular a Nigerian Instagram celebrity, Ismail Mustapha known as Mompha.
Recall that the controversial crossdresser invited Oye over to Nigeria to become his PA after she tattooed him on ‘her’ body. Their work relationship later hit the rocks and Oye took to her Instagram page to answer questions about Bobrisky.
During the Q & A session, the former PA  made a number of allegations but what shocked people was her claim that Mompha had an intimate relationship with  Bobrisky,’ wahala be like bicycle’, the duo debunked this and said they are just friends.

Lanre Teriba and Baby Mama:

With this ‘Gbas gbos’ going on, The Nigerian gospel industry didn’t ‘carry last’,  as one of the Yoruba gospel singers, Lanre Teriba, was called out by his baby mama over his alleged refusal to pay his child’s school fees.
She called the singer a broke man for refusing to take responsibility for his children, especially their school fees, and noted all he does is to splash millions on cars and several women.

Funke Akindele and  Toyin Abraham (Omo Ghetto vs The Ghost and Tout):

Popular Nigerian Actress, Iyabo Ojo, slammed her colleague, Funke Akindele-Bello, for allegedly paying a review platform to discredit a new movie “The Ghost and the Tout” produced by Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi and  It was not nice at all.
The mother of two asserted that  Akindele paid a film critic blog, Cinema Pointer, to discredit Abraham’s new movie while promoting her own.

However, Abraham finally addressed the perceived rift between her and her senior colleague.
In a  radio chat,  the mother of one said she had nothing against Akindele as they were colleagues with no grudges against each other.
Akindele on the other hand, didn’t say anything at all.
