Prominent social media commentator, VeryDarkMan, has responded to the recent claims made by Femi Falana, alleging that his daughter’s life is now at risk.
Reports indicate that on the 24th of September, 2024, VeryDarkMan released an audio recording of crossdresser Bobrisky, in which Bobrisky detailed how Falana’s son, musician Falz, reached out to him during his six-month imprisonment.
In the leaked conversation, Bobrisky claimed that Falz sought his assistance in securing a presidential pardon, offering N10 million to be facilitated through his father, Femi Falana.
Following the release of this audio, Falz and his father swiftly threatened to file a defamation lawsuit against VeryDarkMan.
During an interview that circulated widely on the 7th of October, 2024, Falana disclosed that his daughter has since received threats, attributing this to his decision to pursue legal action against the social media critic.
Recall that previously, Falana had denied any connection to the embattled crossdresser, emphasizing that the entire ordeal has left him deeply disturbed.
“The only disturbing area in this scenario is the threat to me and my daughter’s life. Some of these guys, who I believed were mentally derailed, have dared me that if I go to the court, they will burn down my office, and also send messages to one of my daughters that if your father goes to court, we shall kill you.”He said.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan strongly refuted any association with the purported threats.
He asserted his willingness to collaborate in exposing those responsible, while also cautioning that these shadowy elements might be trying to provoke Falana as part of a ploy to twist the situation to their favor.
“I want to say I’m not aware or have knowledge of anyone sending threats to Uncle Femi Falana and his family.
Secondly, I will never be part of anybody sending threatening messages to anyone in this country.
“What I would like to say is that I am willing to cooperate and work with Femi Falana to fish out whoever sent the message to him. Please, I don’t associate myself with things like that,” VeryDarkMan said.
