…replaces her with Mahmoud, nominates Keyamo
President Bola Tinubu, on Friday, withdrew the nomination of Dr Mariam Shetty from Kano State.
Tinubu replaced Shetty with Mariya Mahmoud.
The President also nominated former spokesperson for the Bola Tinubu presidential campaign council, Festus Keyamo.
On Wednesday, President Tinubu sent an additional list of 19 nominees to the Senate.
Shetty’s ministerial nomination by Tinubu had since been generating mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media, particularly, Twitter.
Tinubu, on Wednesday, forwarded an additional 19 names of ministerial nominees to complement the previously sent 28-man nominees sent on August 2.
