Sex Trafficking Scandal: Diddy Taken Off Suicide Watch

Embattled American rapper and music mogul, Sean Combs, fondly called Diddy, has reportedly been removed from suicide watch. The rapper was placed under close monitoring after his arrest on the 16th of September, 2024, by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

According to a report published on the 29th of September 2024, by People, a law enforcement source, confirmed that Diddy is no longer on suicide watch. Another insider disclosed that the music executive has had visits from family members while detained, as he awaits his court appearance in early October.

“He is focused and very strong. He is concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial,” People quoted Diddy’s attorney as saying.

Back in March, federal agents raided Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion, seizing items allegedly intended for use in so-called “freak offs,” including drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil.

In a documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, defended the large quantity of baby oil, claiming his client purchased them in bulk from Costco.

The company, however, denied this.

Diddy has entered a not-guilty plea to all charges. Despite this, his bail application has been denied twice, and he remains in custody pending his trial.
