Jordan Sancho scored the lone goal as Manchester United snatched the three points in the away game against Leicester City on Thursday night.
Sancho converted a ball from Marcus Rashford in the 23rd minute to score the only goal at the King Power Stadium to help Manchester United claim a much-needed three points away from home.
Nigeria’s Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho were in play for Leicester City but could not do much to salvage the game.
The victory means that Erik Ten Haag’s Manchester United now have three wins in their last three games, after starting the season with two defeats and a short stay at the bottom of the table.
