The Presidential Screening Committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress has disqualified 10 aspirants from its primaries scheduled to hold between June 6 and 8 in Abuja.
This was disclosed by the Chairman of the committee and a former National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, on Friday.
He said only 13 out of the 23 aspirants screened were cleared by the committee.
When asked to reveal the identity of aspirants disqualified, Oyegun refused to mention their names.
He said contrary to rumours making the rounds, the panel did not screen former president Goodluck Jonathan.
