The Presidential Election Tribunal has adjourned pre-hearing on petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Action Peoples Movement (APM) until Thursday.
The five-member panel, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, adjourned after listening to the adoption of answers by all the counsel in the petitions.
Atiku and the PDP are challenging the outcome of the Presidential election on Feb 25, while APM is challenging the outcome of the same election in a separate petition.
The respondents in both petitions are the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the All Progressives Congress (APC), and other individuals.
The tribunal directed parties to harmonize their answers and consider what to be taken and not, and adjourned pre-hearing until Thursday.
