Tuesday’s peace meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party Board of Trustees and the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has ended in deadlock.
The four-hour closed door meeting held in Government House, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, came to an end at about 4:35 pm as those who attended came out smiling and exchanging banters.
Briefing newsmen, Acting Chairman of the PDP BoT, Senator Adolphus Wabara, said they had a frank discussion but no conclusion was reached.
According to him, “We have not concluded. You know it is always easy to discuss. But to make peace takes sometime.
“We are better informed. We have got some new information. Every coin has two sides. In concrete terms, it is work in progress.”
