The defunct Mo’hits crew, Michael Collins Ajereh fondly called Don Jazzy, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo better known as D’Banj, and Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe known as Wande Coal reunited and performed at the rapper, Ikechuckwu’s wedding, on May 22, 2021.
Mo’hits Records was founded in 2006 by Don Jazzy. D’banj was the first artist signed to the label.
However, in 2012, Don Jazzy announced via his Twitter handle that D’banj had left the label due to indifferences.
The record owner later in 2012, rebranded Mo’hits Record, changing its name to Mavin Records.
The video clip of the trio at the last Saturday wedding showed D’banj and Wande Coal performing the song ‘Iskaba’ by DJ Tunez, which featured Wande Coal, while Don Jazzy danced along to the tune on stage. The video trended on social media handles.
The then Mo’hits crew were particularly known for their hit songs as ‘Move Your Body’ ‘Pere’, and ‘Booty Call’.
A lot of celebrities graced the weekend occasion.
