Former Miss South Africa contestant, Chidimma Adetshina, has revealed that she is not eager to return to South Africa anytime soon.
Reports indicate that Chidimma faced criticism in South Africa after her announcement as a contestant for the Miss South Africa pageant.
However, she withdrew from the competition following allegations of fraud and identity theft against her mother by the South African Home Office.
After pulling out, Chidimma received and accepted an invitation to compete in the Miss Universe Nigeria pageant.
Since arriving in Nigeria over a week ago, Adetshina has expressed her happiness about being in her father’s homeland.
While speaking in an interview with Cool FM Nigeria, she said, “I think it’s safe to say, I’m not going back
“It’s been amazing. I’m not even looking forward to going back to South Africa. I just want to explore more. I want to stay longer and see what happens next.”
