‘I’m Next’ — Skepta Weighs In as Portable Calls Out Olamide

British rapper Skepta has raised an eyebrow following yet another dramatic outburst from controversial Nigerian singer Portable.

Portable, notorious for publicly calling out past collaborators and benefactors, recently set his sights on renowned rapper and music mogul Olamide. In a fresh tirade, he mocked Olamide over his rumored fallout with former signee Asake, while also lamenting that Olamide had only given him a verse on the remix of his hit song Zazu rather than signing him to a record label.

Adding fuel to the fire, Portable further accused Olamide of “snatching” his producer, dancer, and promoter.

As the controversy unfolded, fans quickly turned their attention to Skepta, who had featured Portable on Tony Montana last year.

With Portable’s history of taking jabs at former collaborators, apprehensive fans speculated that Skepta could be next causing the UK rapper’s name to trend on X.

Perplexed by the sudden buzz, Skepta took to social media, asking, “Why am I trending? Lol.”

A fan cheekily responded, “I think you know why,” prompting Skepta’s amused reply: “I’ve just seen Portable is dragging somebody again. Apparently, I’m next. We dey wait lol.”
