Former Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has joined AS Roma as a free agent on a three-year contract after the expiration of his contract with Juventus in June.
The Argentine striker who had a seven-year stint at Juventus is set to earn around €6 million-per-year (£5.1m/$6m) in salary.
Dybala will wear the number 21 shirt, same as he wore at Juventus where he scored 115 goals in 293 appearances and won five Serie A titles.
On his signing, the 28-year-old attacker said: “The days that have led up to me signing this contract have been filled with so many emotions.”
“The speed and determination with which Roma demonstrated just how much they wanted me made all the difference.
“I am joining a team that is on the up, a club that continues to put in place strong foundations for the future, and a coach, Jose Mourinho, that it will be a privilege to work with,” Dybala said.
