Three presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress, Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State; Senator Ibikunle Amosun and former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godwin Akpabio, have stepped down for the party’s National Leader and presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The three aspirants announced their withdrawal from the presidential race at the special convention of the APC currently going on at Eagle Square, Abuja
Others who also withdrew from the race and threw their weight behind Tinubu are, former House of Representatives Speaker, Dimeji Bankole; Jigawa State Governor Abubakar Badaru; Senator Ajai Borofice.
