In a special congratulatory message signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Doubara Atasi, the Deputy Governor said Senator Diri’s 63rd birthday offered a truly unique and rare opportunity to reflect on his trajectory as a champion of silent yet impactful revolution on all frontiers of development in the state.
Describing Governor Diri as “Champion of Prosperity” and a great leader whose heart holds a vast reservoir of love towards all Bayelsa people, irrespective of party affiliations.
He said having the celebrant as his boss was one of the best things that had ever happened to him.
Ewhrudjakpo pointed out that the landmark achievements the administration had made under Diri in a little over two years, offered an eloquent testimony of a man with the right zeal to change the narrative of development in Bayelsa.
He, therefore, called on the people of Bayelsa to rally round the state’s helmsman to consolidate the gains made in human capital and infrastructural development as well as enhance peace and security.
Ewhrudjakpo, who applauded his boss for making Bayelsa proud through his flawless and excellent handling of the screening of aspirants for the recent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries, said his role in the just-concluded national convention gave a stamp of credibility to his political astuteness and accommodating leadership mien.
