Edo Queens thrash CBE FC 3-0 to Begin CAF Champions League Journey

Edo Queens marked their debut in the CAF Women’s Champions League with a commanding 3-0 victory over Ethiopia’s CBE FC, showcasing their skill and intent on the continental stage.

The Nigerian club put on a stellar performance away from home, leaving no doubt about their ambitions in the competition.

Essien E. opened the scoring just five minutes into the game, giving Edo Queens an early lead and setting the tone for a relentless attacking display.

The second goal came in the 54th minute through Ijamilusi F., who doubled the lead and put Edo Queens in control. Osigwe G. then wrapped up the win in the 80th minute, securing a 3-0 result that left fans thrilled and hopeful for the matches ahead.
