Motorcyclists, also known as okada riders, numbering over 100, have attacked Same Global Estate in the Lokogoma area of Abuja to avenge the death of two colleagues.
It was learnt that a motorist allegedly hit and killed the okda riders on Sunday and ran into the estate for safety.
It was learnt that the motorcyclists, in their numbers, stormed the estate with stones and other weapons looking for the driver.
After they were unable to find the driver, the okada riders reportedly set fire to two buildings in the estate.
After setting fire on two buildings in the estate, it was learnt that security operatives later arrived at the estate to stop them from damaging more properties.
The Estate Manager, Mr Adebisi Adelowo, who confirmed the incident, said residents of the estate now live in fear of attack by Okada riders.
