Chelsea have reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign Raheem Sterling.
Both clubs agreed on a £47.5m deal with further £10m add-ons for Sterling who remained Chelsea’s top target this summer.
The player was signed on a five-year contract till 2027 with the option of a further one year.
The 27-year-old is also expected to undergo a medical at Chelsea in the next few days.
Sterling joined Manchester City from Liverpool in July 2015 for £49m and scored 131 goal in 339 appearances for the club, winning 4 Premier League titles, 1 FA Cup and 3 League Cups.
