Fourteen students of Greenfield University, Kaduna, who were kidnapped from the university hostels on April 20, 2021, have been released.
It was learnt that the students were released on Saturday afternoon following the payment of an undisclosed amount of money as ransom to their abductors.
Greenfield University’s Public Relations Officer, Kator Yengeh, confirmed the students’ release.
He, however, said details would be made available later to journalists by the school management later.
