Atiku Urges Unity, Reflection in Christmas Message to Nigerians

Former Vice President and 2023 PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has extended warm Christmas greetings to Christians in Nigeria, urging reflection on core values and national unity.

In his message, Atiku described the season as a moment to embrace love, unity, compassion, and selflessness while calling on Nigerians to unite despite the challenges confronting the nation.

“This season reminds us of the importance of love, unity, compassion, and selflessness. It is a time to reflect on these values and come together as a nation despite the challenges we face,” he said.

Atiku also encouraged gratitude for the blessings of the season, even amid economic and social difficulties.

He stressed the importance of addressing the root causes of the nation’s struggles, particularly poor leadership, which he linked to widespread hardship.

“It is also a time to confront the root causes of our struggles, including poor leadership, which has led to widespread suffering,” he noted.

Expressing hope for the country’s future, Atiku said unity and collective effort are crucial in overcoming Nigeria’s challenges.

“I believe in the strength of our unity. With love and togetherness, we can overcome any obstacle,” he added.

He concluded by urging Nigerians to embody the spirit of Christmas and collaborate to build a stronger nation.
