Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, on Wednesday, declared that the status of the Federal Capital Territory is not higher than that of other states in the country.
The lead judge of the five-man tribunal, Justice Haruna Tsammani, made this declaration during the tribunal’s sitting on Wednesday in Abuja.
