2027: APC Must Ensure Tinubu’s Reelection to Sustain Reforms — Keyamo

Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to prioritise President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, emphasising that the current economic reforms must not be disrupted.

Speaking in an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday, April 28, Keyamo warned that reversing Tinubu’s policies would set the country back.

“The most important thing I’ll say today is that every APC member in this country should focus on the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, regardless of personal interests,” he said.

Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, argued that halting the administration’s fiscal and economic reforms would repeat the mistakes of past governments.

“It would be disastrous for any government in 2027 to undo these reforms. We’ve seen this before, with inconsistent policies that don’t bring progress,” he added.
