Police have arrested one of its officers (Name Unknown) for allegedly assaulting a young man in the Gwarimpa area of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
In the video, which has since gone viral, and was seen by FirstNews correspondent on Tuesday, the officer was captured abusing the young man, who alleged was only trying to support his neighbour during a dispute.
The officer claimed that the yet to be identified man insulted him, which he said justified his aggressive behaviour and his order for the man to follow him to the area command.
