Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have neutralised three Boko Haram terrorists during a clearance operation in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State.
Intelligence sources quoted by security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, on Sunday, said that on May 31, troops on clearance operations made contact with Boko Haram terrorists in the outskirts of Konduga, in Borno State.
During the engagement, troops neutralised three terrorists in a fierce firefight and forced others to flee with injuries.

First News reported on Friday, May 30, that troops of Operation Hadin Kai eliminated a top Boko Haram/ISWAP commander, Amir Abu Fatima, during a precision operation in the Kukawa axis of Northern Borno State.
The operation, conducted on Friday, May 30, followed credible intelligence pinpointing the location of Abu Fatima, who had a ₦100 million bounty placed on his head.
Known for orchestrating numerous deadly attacks across the North East, Fatima was one of the most wanted terrorist leaders in the region.
