Fuji icon Saheed Osupa has made it clear that he won’t let Nigerian singer Portable off the hook, despite the latter’s public apology.
He also took a jab at Ibadan-based Fuji musician Taye Currency.
Recall that week ago, Portable lashed out at Osupa on social media after his song was removed from streaming platforms over copyright infringement. In a viral Instagram video, he slammed Osupa, calling him “big for nothing” for taking action against his music on Spotify and Apple Music.
Amid the backlash, Portable eventually bowed to pressure and publicly apologized to Osupa.

Meanwhile, Taye Currency also sparked controversy when, during his reunion with his former boss Pasuma, he referred to Osupa as his “colleague,” a remark that didn’t sit well with Osupa’s fans.
During a recent live performance, Osupa addressed both incidents, declaring, “You will still be dealt with because you think you can come for an elder. I am coming for you.”
As the crowd erupted with chants of Portable’s name, Osupa didn’t hold back, adding in Yoruba, “Ati colleague mi, má wò rí. Mo n bò” — which translates to “And my colleague, don’t worry, I’m coming for you.”
