A cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Anu Adepoju, was on Friday arraigned before the Federal High Court, Lagos, by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission over her client’s, Nneka Onwuzuligbo’s death, and other infractions.
Adepoju was arraigned alongside her firm, MedContour Services Limited.
It was learnt that the cosmetic surgeon, who was arrested on Wednesday, had been called out on social media and accused of running an unlicensed business.
Adepoju, however, claimed that she was trained in Turkey and certified as a cosmetic surgeon.
