The Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, Aloy Ejimakor has weighed in on Nigeria’s deepening security crisis. He addressed what he described as “ethnic-tinged, religious-tinged terror” spreading through the country.
In a post shared on X, Ejimakor proposed a possible way forward.
He wrote: “Besides self-defense, REFERENDUM might be the next best solution to the ethnic-tinged, religious-tinged terror cascading across Nigeria.
People need to gather together & decide whether they will coexist in peace or perish together in an inevitable Mutually Assured Destruction.”
Ejimakor’s comment followed the recent massacre in Yelwata, located in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
